Our days can be dominated by many demands, challenges and environments that deplete our inner resources and distract us from our spiritual path. Nourish your body and mind through the gift of time spent in chanting and Hatha Yoga to support meditation. Touch the Divine within and find the restorative energy of practice. The retreat begins Friday evening with chanting and meditation, and continues on Saturday with more chanting, gentle Hatha Yoga, and time to connect in community.
 
This retreat includes:

  • Chanting, Meditation and Contemplation
  • Gentle Hatha Yoga supported by live chanting
  • Journaling, Sharing and Reflection

Pre-registration required. Includes lunch on Saturday.

Rev. Mukti Devi (Crystal) Lanier began studying Kriya Yoga and meditation with Yogacharya O’Brian in 2010 and was ordained to teach in 2021. Mukti Devi is a certified Kriya Yoga Meditation teacher and Vedic Counselor. She has been offering and supporting Chanting and Meditation at CSE for over 12 years.

Janardana (Chris) Lanier was initiated into Kriya Yoga in 2012. He is a certified hatha yoga teacher, Kriya Yoga meditation teacher, and serves in the CSE Music Ministry as a member of the Gitanjali Kirtan Band and The Center Band. Janardana also serves as a leader in the men’s community at CSE.
