The Bhagavad Gita (the Song of God) offers universal teachings that have nourished millions of truth seekers who have embarked on this inner journey throughout the centuries. At its heart, the Gita reveals the path to Self- and God-realization—how to discern the truth of who we are, understand the divine nature of existence, and live in harmony with that profound knowing.

Rooted in the tradition of Kriya Yoga, this study offers an opportunity to deepen your spiritual practice through contemplation, meditation, and the practical application of timeless wisdom. The teachings of the Bhagavad Gita provide guidance on living with clarity, purpose, and inner tranquility, aligning our lives with the highest Truth.

Together, we will engage with the wisdom teachings shared by Yogacharya O’Brian as we explore key themes from the Bhagavad Gita , hear reflections from Acharya Sundari, participate in meaningful dialogue, and explore practical ways to embody these transformative insights in our daily lives.
