“Exchange unprofitable religious speculations for actual God-contact. Clear your mind of dogmatic theological debris; let in the fresh, healing waters of direct perception.”
—Lahiri Mahasaya
Kriya Yoga is a comprehensive practical approach to spiritually conscious living. It supports having a direct perception of one’s essence of being and the infinite source of life through: meditation; self-controlled thinking and behaving; study of higher realities and one’s essential nature; as well as devotional surrender to God, releasing the mistaken notion of separation from the wholeness of life.
