Live the Eternal Way is devoted to developing a steady meditation practice and grounding our life in spiritual principles. This foundational course focuses on learning practical skills for awakened living. As we develop a more profound practice of living
a conscious life, we become aware of what we can do to experience more joy and how we can make a positive contribution to our awakening world.
Engage in the six-week online video course, Live the Eternal Way: The Art and Practice of Self-Realization with Yogacharya O’Brian, as well as the live study
sessions with Rev. Ann Hayes, and learn how to meditate and live by spiritual principles.
Based on the Kriya Yoga science of Self- and God-realization, the live study program provides the method, practices, and philosophy that facilitate the life-transforming direct encounter with your divine Self. Each study session includes spiritual practice,
a lesson, and small group dialogue.
