In this 75 minute online class you will have an opportunity to move, breathe, and meditate with Shivani's gentle guidance. This practice will be based on her signature Flow for Strength Foundations class. It will be a medium paced yet complete work out/in with ample time to become aware of and apply correct alignment principles. Many sessions will also include a special gesture prayer and an inspirational whole body mudra practice. Emphasis will be placed on the importance of synchronizing yogic breathing with movement and meditation. Modifications will be given for all levels. Shivani will give encouraging coaching tips to those that want them.
Julianne Shivani Rice is a Kriya Yoga initiate and Hatha Yoga instructor since 1985 and resides in Aptos, CA. Her inclusive teaching style has a dimension and depth that radiates gentleness, joy, and authenticity.
