Winter solstice is a time to pause and reflect, a time to cultivate vitality and take extra care to nurture ourselves. Moving into stillness, we can return to our lives refreshed and strengthened for the new year to come. This silent retreat day will
include instruction, practice, reflection, and connection.
Acharya Sundari Jensen met her guru, Yogacharya O’Brian, in 1992. She is a Senior Kriya Yoga Teacher and has offered meditation classes and retreats for over 20 years. Acharya Jensen is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher, Vedic
Counselor, and IAYT certified Yoga Therapist.

NURTURE YOURSELF WITH AN EXTENDED RETREAT
We have arranged conditions for you to experience self-care with an extended retreat at the Center during the time of Winter Solstice.
Consider arriving Monday evening and participating in an evening of Winter Solstice Restorative Yoga from 6-8 PM, stay overnight in a private retreat room at CSE or commute back to participate in the Winter Solstice Silent Meditation Retreat Day
on Tuesday. You are also welcome to extend your retreat following the Silent Retreat Day and stay overnight on Tuesday to participate in morning meditation and Gita study with Yogacharya O'Brian in-person on Wednesday morning.
