Still your mind and rejuvenate your spirit in this meditation retreat. Our meditation hall and gardens provide the perfect backdrop to connect with the soul’s ever-existing joy.
Dedicate one day to dive deeply into meditation and prepare to let your heart smile! This day of meditation includes instruction, practice, and reflection. An opportunity to learn about 21 Days of Transformation, CSE annual Sit-a-thon will be included.
