To copy or delete a column style not required below, first click inside the column layout, then click on the "div.container" button in the bottom left corner of the editor, then copy (ctrl-c) to copy, (ctrl-v) to paste, or delete as needed.  The dotted lines surrounding the column areas only show in the editor.
